Are you a dynamic organizer with an eye for detail? We are looking for a Marketing Operation Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring omni-channel media campaigns in all Delhaize stores, as well as on the website, app, magazine, etc. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of objectives. Your contribution is crucial to the success of our campaigns and the satisfaction of our customers.

Your tasks include:

  • Coordinating, executing, and monitoring omni-channel media campaigns in all Delhaize stores, on the website, app, in the magazine, in Delhaize newsletters or emails, and more.
  • Ensuring smooth processing of media campaigns and the achievement of objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Autonomously managing actions and campaigns from A to Z, including briefing and follow-up.
  • Supporting operational and administrative tasks and monitoring the retro-planning.
  • Monitoring all media activities and evaluating results. Communicating project status to the client.
  • Continuously improving processes and making suggestions for adjustments.
  • Ensuring and strengthening customer relationships and commercial partnerships.
  • A proven organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Trilingualism (NL + FR + ENG) is required to communicate smoothly with all stakeholders.
  • Experience in a similar (administrative marketing) role is a plus, but your motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication are most important to us.
