In het kloppend hart van Belfius, de schadedienst, behandel je schadegevallen van A tot Z. Je geeft advies aan klanten en Belfius-kantoren voor een efficiënte afronding van het schadegeval.

De job in een notendop

Als Second Line beheerder ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk. Je beheert schadedossiers van A tot Z en adviseert klanten en Belfius-kantoren voor een efficiënte afronding van het schadegeval.

  • Verantwoordelijk voor proactieve opvolging van schadedossiers van aangifte tot afhandeling.
  • Beoordeling van dekking en aansprakelijkheid bij aangifte.
  • Initiatieven nemen voor schadebegroting.
  • Zorgen voor informatiestroom naar klanten.
  • Uitkering van schadevergoeding.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich geen zorgen hoeven te maken bij schadegevallen.

Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

Maar je kan er wel één worden. Voldoe aan de volgende voorwaarden:

  • Bachelordiploma en/of ervaring in schadebeheer.
  • Pragmatisch met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Beslissingen durven nemen op een menselijke manier.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Flexibel en gedisciplineerd.
  • Bereid om samen te werken aan klantenbeleving.
  • Positieve mindset om zaken te verbeteren.
