We are currently looking for an experienced Business Support Team Leader to manage our Business Support team in achieving its objectives.


Working at NTT
The Business Support Team Leader has a focus on all end 2 end processes (O2O, O2C, S2P).

He/she needs to make sure those processes are performed as expected, maintain and improve the outcome and actively manage the quality of the different deliverables.

This job also includes the management of the KPI and SLA monitoring towards the services providers and inside the local organization.

The Team Leader is responsible for the operational management of a mixed team of functional individual contributors. Together they are accountable for the business outcome of the entire end 2 end process.

  • Assist with sound and timely business decisions to drive short term and longterm performance.
  • Provide leadership in support, quality assurance, training and the execution of the end 2 end processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams by delivering consistent and valuable training interventions that enable continuous improvement and revenue growth whilst closing skills gaps.
  • Improve overall performance through continuously evolving processes, technology and methodologies to meet deliverables.
  • Act as a change agent for initiatives by executing enabling activities such as tools, process and methods.
  • Identify and develop improvements to current processes and methods.
  • Provide the knowledge and skills that enable successful customer business outcomes.
  • Working with smaller sales teams and providing operational management to a team of functional individual contributors, implement sales onboarding, training and coaching.
  • Different metrics and manage accuracy, providing related reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide sales process management support to sales teams.
  • Ensure the delivery of content and communication related to marketing and sales collateral and commercial messaging.
  • Conduct opportunity/pipeline management and forecasting, predictive analytics and provide sales intelligence information.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and benchmark external data to assist with the development of compensation plans.
  • Ensures that enablement technology continues to provide value and regularly review and audit the technology stack to ensure relevance and usefulness.

Knowledge, skills and attributes

  • A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
  • Demonstrate operational team management and leadership skills and able to effectively manage the resources that report to them
  • At least 3 years' work experience in a related environment
  • The ability to recommend improvements to processes and facilitate their implementations
  • Good collaboration skills and able to interact professionally
  • Relationship skills and knowledge of the client environment
  • Analytical in approach with good attention to detail
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on information / statistics
  • Understanding of the local sales environment and ability to grasp the challenges facing the sales force
  • Ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Thorough understanding of solution selling concepts and solid knowledge on sales process design

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant certifications
  • Required Experience:
  • Demonstrable level of relevant experience in similar role within a related environment
  • Good previous experience operationally managing a sales operations / effectiveness team
  • Good experience dealing with stakeholders to influence sales
  • Previous demonstrable experience in the sales operations / effectiveness management role
  • Some strategic and operational planning experience
