Nous recherchons un Service Delivery Manager pour renforcer nos équipes à Bruxelles . En tant que Service Delivery Manager, vous serez responsable de la supervision des équipes en charge du lieu de travail. Vous avez un vif intérêt pour linformatique en général et formulez des solutions concrètes et appropriées. Votre approche est orientée client et transparente.
Vos responsabilités :
surveillance des fournisseurs externes , évaluation de leurs services et formulation et suivi des améliorations suivi des initiatives du groupe Equans , détection des changements dans le service et formulation et suivi de ces changements réalisation denquêtes de satisfaction initiées via notre outil ITSM surveillance des demandes, incidents et projets des équipes gestion du catalogue de services concernant les sujets liés au lieu de travail et rapports financiers vous êtes responsable de léquipe de gestion des demandes impression gérée traitement des demandes non standard léquipe informatique locale au Royaume-Uni service géré support de première ligne (service dassistance), deuxième et troisième ligne support demballage et de configuration services déchange et de support ainsi que gestion des stocks sécurité du lieu de travail et distribution de logicielsLe SDM Workplace est responsable de tous les services liés au lieu de travail et collabore avec le SDM Datacenter , le SDM Mobile & Data , le Gestionnaire des Incidents-Changements-Problèmes et le Gestionnaire dAmélioration des Services . Les interactions avec les parties prenantes internes et externes font partie du travail, y compris le département central des achats.

antécédents techniques, certifications Microsoft Azure et une expérience avec ServiceNow sont des atouts diriger une équipe et favoriser la collaboration formuler des solutions concrètes pour améliorer le service en collaboration avec l'équipe communicatif, traduisant les besoins en solutions concrètes orienté client esprit d'équipe déplacements sporadiques en Belgique bilingue en NL et FR - EN est un plusEnvie de relever les défis multi-techniques de demain ?
