**What are we looking for?**:
Voor onze site in Tessenderlo zijn we op zoek naar een Team Lead Inbound.
- Als teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk om ervoor te zorgen dat de inkomende leveringen van onze klanten tijdig en correct kunnen verwerkt worden rekening houdend met de verschillende SLA's (service level agreements) en specifieke vereisten van de klanten.
- Naast het inbound team ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de medewerkers van de afdeling retours, herconditionering en inventory.
- Je ontwikkelt een scherp inzicht in ons WMS en ERP systeem en denkt na over verbetermogelijkheden in onze systemen, operationele processen en workflows.
- Je stuurt een team aan van een 10-tal personen, helpt mensen te groeien als individu en als team. Je bent een coach in hart en nieren en een voorbeeld voor andere medewerkers in het magazijn.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent niet te beroerd om bij te springen wanneer nodig.
- Je communiceert vlot en bent een echte teamplayer. Je kan je flexibel opstellen wanneer nodig.
- Kwaliteit en veiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel en je streeft de hoogste klantentevredenheid na.
- Tot slot volg je procedures volgens de geldende GDP-regels. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de sitemanager.

**Your profile**:
- Je hebt een georganiseerde, nauwkeurige en hands-on manier van werken, mét aandacht voor veiligheid, en correctheid.
- Je kan jouw analytisch redeneervermogen en planningsvaardigheden uitspelen in deze rol.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en denkt probleemoplossend. Kunnen zaken beter? Dan willen we dat heel graag van jou horen.

- Je bent flexibel; past je makkelijk aan in wisselende omstandigheden.
- Je kan werken met het MS Office pakket, kan snel inzichten verwerven in computerprogramma's
- Ervaring met ERP en Warehouse Management Systems is een pluspunt.
