Onze klant is een snelgroeiende scale-up die gespecialiseerd is in het bieden van volledige administratieve ondersteuning aan klanten, met name binnen de vastgoedmarkt. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Brussel.
**Als Admin Specialist omvatten je voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden het volgende**:
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan het Operations team door het onderhouden van contacten met diverse belanghebbenden, zoals vastgoedmakelaars, verhuisbedrijven en nutsleveranciers;
- Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken, zoals dossierbeheer, het beheren van mailverkeer, gegevensinvoer en documentatie;
- Het ontwikkelen van een diepgaand inzicht in de doelstellingen, verwachtingen en behoeften van vastgoedmakelaars. Dit omvat het bieden van ondersteuning door middel van coaching en training, zodat ze de producten en online tools succesvol kunnen benutten;
- Samenwerken met nutsleveranciers om een vlotte en nauwkeurige opvolging te verzekeren.

- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en bent comfortabel in het Engels;
- Je bent bedreven in het handhaven van structuur en een expert in administratieve processen;

- Een teamspeler die toegewijd is aan het ondersteunen van collega's en samenwerken om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken;
