Membership Officer

1. Membership Management (50%)
- Prepare and send yearly invoices to members
- Follow up on outstanding payments and send payment reminders as needed
- Monitor pipelines and collaborate with the Head of Membership and Regional Offices to support membership acquisition efforts
- Assist in developing strategies to retain existing members and attract new ones
- Handle various member's requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate membership records and update database systems accordingly
2. Data Management & Process Optimization (50%)
- Generate regular reports on membership metrics and performance, managing dashboard/analytical tool and updating information regularly
- Contribute to market research initiatives to identify membership trends and opportunities
- Assist with data input and ensure data integrity
- Identify opportunities for streamlining membership processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity
- Continuously evaluate and refine membership workflows to maximize effectiveness
- Proven experience in membership management, data management, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively (Experience with the use of PowerBI, MS Excel or other analytics tool will be preferred)
- Proficiency in French and English, (additional languages such as German, Spanish, Dutch, Chinese, Portuguese are advantageous)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
