Membership Officer

1. Membership Management (50%)

  • Prepare and send yearly invoices to members
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and send payment reminders as needed
  • Monitor pipelines and collaborate with the Head of Membership and Regional Offices to support membership acquisition efforts
  • Assist in developing strategies to retain existing members and attract new ones
  • Handle various member's requests promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate membership records and update database systems accordingly

2. Data Management & Process Optimization (50%)

  • Generate regular reports on membership metrics and performance, managing dashboard/analytical tool and updating information regularly
  • Contribute to market research initiatives to identify membership trends and opportunities
  • Assist with data input and ensure data integrity
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining membership processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity
  • Continuously evaluate and refine membership workflows to maximize effectiveness
  • Proven experience in membership management, data management, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively (Experience with the use of PowerBI, MS Excel or other analytics tool will be preferred)
  • Proficiency in French and English, (additional languages such as German, Spanish, Dutch, Chinese, Portuguese are advantageous)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
