  • We're looking for a _
    _Customer Success Consultant __who will take over our customer journey after the Account Executive (AE) closed the deal. _
  • A Customer Success Consultant is a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage of their success. They're focused on building loyalty to ensure longterm client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals. _
  • As Customer Success it is your mission to deliver impeccable service before, during and after a deal. You are the solid backbone of our onboarding process making it as frictionless as possible. You are detailed, responsible, a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. _

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Wow Factor ( advocate customers interest internally, host feedback meetings,...)
  • Manage the onboarding process & provide first line help ( ensure timely delivery of the order service, gather all must have informations,...)
  • Drive sales ( proactive followup, brief the AE about crosssell opportunities,...)
  • Collaboration ( work closely with AE, build relationship with all departments,...)
**Description du profil

Requirements:

  • Highly organised and able to multitask.
  • Selfdriven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Patient and active listener.
  • Passion for service.
  • You have great written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French and proficient of English as it is the main language within the company. Other languages are a plus.
  • A cando and willdo attitude which means you always take ownership of your work
