Specialist advisor Healthcare regulation & digitalisation

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As a business analyst, you will contribute to the digitalization of the healthcare sector by participating in various working groups and committees. You will define business requirements for the IT department and analyze the impact and needs for the back-office.
  • You will oversee testing carried out with performance provider software packages.
  • You will identify and test IT-proposed solutions and adjustments and, upon approval, put the program into production. You will then provide follow-up.
  • You will constantly monitor regulatory developments within the organization that need to be implemented and analyze the impact of these regulatory changes on ongoing projects.
  • You will manage a wide range of projects individually and be a specialist in your field in collaboration with the team's expert and coordinator.
  • You will analyze questions and issues, seek answers, and identify the underlying problem to implement short, medium, and long-term solutions.
  • You will act as a backup for your direct colleagues in case of absence (FMB follow-up, project monitoring, participation in meetings, and providing feedback to colleagues).

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a master's degree or have equivalent experience of at least 3 years.

Technical competencies:

  • You are proficient in working with MS-Office applications, mainly Word and Excel.
  • You have a perfect command of Dutch, both in writing and orally, and have an advanced knowledge of French.

Within HR Rail, the Care4Rail department is responsible for the medical-social policy of the Belgian railways. It includes the Medical Care Fund (KGV), the insurance institution of the statutory personnel of the Belgian Railways, regarding compulsory health insurance.

The contact center, the first point of contact for the affiliates, and the teams in the regional medical centers (RMC) are responsible for the practical application of healthcare regulations and handle reimbursements to the affiliates, insurance eligibility files, and authorizations for medical care.

Your workplace is located near the Brussels South station.
