Op zoek naar een allround administratief commerciële customer support job regio Oudenaarde - Kruisem? Contact met klanten en leveranciers, administratie, transport Job met onmiddellijke aanwerving via vast contract.

Je werkt binnen een KMO productiebedrijf met 10-tal werknemers, op het kantoor werk je met 5 bedienden.

Jouw takenpakket als interne commerciële medewerker omvat :

-Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en mail.
-Samenwerking met de collega's van de sales, logistiek en supply chain binnen het bedrijf.
-Je staat in voor de volledige klantendossier administratie.

Je promoot het productgamma via verschillende media; brochures, website en marketingtools.

Alle administratie verloopt via SAP Sage.
Profiel Je hebt ervaring in een allround administratieve job, klantenservice, commerciële binnendienst.

Verwachte talenkennis : Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands Frans en Engels (leveranciers).

Je beheerst vlot MS Office Aanbod Voltijdse job , onmiddellijk vast contract
Je werkt 39 uur per week
Werkuren 8-12 uur en , op vrijdag werk je tot 15.30 uur
Naast de 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen 6 bijkomende ADV dagen op jaarbasis
Extralegale voordelen : maaltijdcheques 8 euro per gewerkte dag
Er wordt voltijds op het bedrijf gewerkt - geen policy home work
Vrije keuze vakantie, er is geen collectief verlof
