Our goal at Luminus is to create a future with energy that does not harm the environment.
Heating is the primary cause of emissions for residential clients, so we aim to assist our clients in shifting away from fossil fuels towards heat pumps.
If you want your work to have significance and contribute to the growth of this sector, then this role is for you.
As an Installer Network Manager, your core task is to engage with a group of Partners (installers) to ensure that the Network maintains quality and adheres to operational standards.
You are also in charge of seeking out and incorporating new Professionals joining the network in collaboration with various stakeholders.Management of Partner network
Prepare and conduct regular assessments with the Professionals (scheduled based on the segmentation of the Professional) using Dashboard data and feedback from the sales department (customer feedback, etc.).
- Provide a detailed report for each assessment and identify the actions and commitments agreed upon with the Professional.
- Maintain communication channel with the heat pump activity manager and the relevant project manager.
- Identify any feedback and/or complaints received from Professionals and suggest enhancements.
- Take part in the periodic enhancement of the Dashboard (data sourced from our database) to oversee the performance and quality of Network Professionals.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings with the heat pump teams (marketing, project managers, partnerships) on dealings with the Professionals: adherence to deadlines (Technical Visits, installations, selfchecks, compliance, etc.), communication, tariff grid adherence, App utilization, customer satisfaction.
Seeking and integrating new Partners
- Contribute to the segmentation of your portfolio and establish a prospecting strategy based on predefined goals.
- Guide the new Professional through their onboarding process.
- Assess the Professional's installation capabilities and take steps to enhance them.

Requirements:
- You possess similar expertise: prospecting with SMEs or craftsmen, sales representation in technical product distribution. Experience in the construction sector would be beneficial.
- You are naturally enthusiastic, possess good interpersonal skills, and are service-oriented.
- You are proactive and convincing.
- You have proficiency in computer tools and reporting (CRM, Excel, etc.).
- You are organized, meticulous, results-driven, and value a reporting culture.
- You are adept at education while possessing decision-making and focusing abilities.
- You enjoy collaborating in a team and have strong interpersonal abilities.
- You are fluent in Dutch/French.
