Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?

Als lid van het Management Committee Network en Manager Network Data ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, opbouwen en analyseren van gegevens, evenals het beschikbaar stellen en communiceren ervan met als doel 1) een betere afstemming van het aanbod op de vraag van klanten mogelijk te maken, 2) besluitvorming te vergemakkelijken en 3) alle bedrijfssystemen te voeden die op deze gegevens zijn gebaseerd (Hastus planningsysteem, agentenkaart, Phoenix-exploitatiehulpsysteem, routeplanning, ...). Je stelt ook het tariefbeleid van het bedrijf vast.

Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?

  • Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de strategie van de Network-directie (definitie van visie, missie, strategische assen en hun jaarlijkse vertaling in een actieplan) in verband met de strategie van de STIB en die van de SMN-divisie (Sales, Marketing & Network). Parallel hieraan vertaal je deze strategie binnen de afdeling Network Data.
  • Je waarborgt, stuurt, organiseert en zorgt voor de uitvoering van operationele activiteiten in overeenstemming met de gestelde doelen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer dertig medewerkers, georganiseerd in 3 diensten (Network Data Analytics, Network Data Modeling, Pricing). Hiertoe superviseer je de activiteiten en middelen van de entiteit (menselijke, materiële en financiële middelen).
  • Je waarborgt de analyse van de prestaties van het transportsysteem (bezetting, laadfactor, stiptheid, regelmaat) om 1) aanbevelingen met betrekking tot het transportaanbod en 2) de nodige aanpassingen van reistijden af te leiden.
  • Je waarborgt de bijwerking van cartografische informatie en de documentatie ervan, met het oog op kennisbeheer.
  • Je waarborgt de modellering van het transportsysteem en zorgt voor de integriteit en coherentie van gemodelleerde gegevens rekening houdend met de technische beperkingen van downstreamsystemen.
  • In goede samenwerking met andere belanghebbenden, met name de IS/IT-afdeling, zorg je voor de evolutie van tools en processen, evenals de vaardigheden van je medewerkers.
  • Je stelt de tariefwijzigingen voor van de STIB.

Een eerlijk loonbeleid

Bij de MIVB wordt je loon op een transparante manier berekend, rekening houdend met je verantwoordelijkheden en ervaring, ongeacht je geslacht of achtergrond

  • Universitair diploma (Master), wetenschappelijke of economische richting
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in gegevensbeheer, bij voorkeur in teams van data-analisten, datawetenschappers, bij voorkeur in het openbaar vervoer
  • Ervaring in people management, bij voorkeur als manager van managers
  • Je toont leiderschap (waaronder verandermanagement)
  • Analytische en statistische vaardigheden, in het kader van de ontwikkeling van nieuwe methodologieën
  • Sterke interesse in stedelijk openbaar vervoer; bij voorkeur: kennis van het STIB-netwerk en het Brusselse stedelijke weefsel
  • Resultaatgericht en in staat om, soms binnen korte termijnen, te leveren
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Frans vereist, goede kennis van het Engels nodig, bij voorkeur goede kennis van het Nederlands.
