Pour un de nos clients actif dans le secteur de l'énergie, nous somme à la recherche d'un Junior Internal Communication.

En collaboration avec l'Internal Communications Manager et ses coordinateurs:

- Vous vous chargez des communications internes opérationnelles en vue de maximiser le partage d'informations
- Vous prenez part à la communication de groupe en veillant à la dynamique de groupe
- Vous menez à bien les événements
- Vous aidez les clients internes pour toutes les initiatives de communication
- Vous élaborez des plans de communication
- Vous préparez tous les supports de communication : textes, présentations, événements, etc.
- Vous informez les partenaires internes et externes : vos collègues de Branding, les professionnels des réseaux sociaux, les agences de communication et événementielles, etc.
- Vous communiquez efficacement à travers différents canaux
- Vous évaluez les initiatives de communication

**Profile**
- Un diplôme de bachelier ou de master en Communication ou équivalent
- De l'ambition et la soif d'apprendre. Aucune expérience professionnelle préalable n'est requise
- D'excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles
- D'excellentes compétences en communication
- L'esprit critique et de la créativité. Vous apportez de nouvelles idées et tendances en termes de communication
- La capacité de gérer vos propres projets tout en soutenant votre équipe dans la gestion de projets de plus grande envergure
- Un solide esprit d'équipe
- Une excellente maîtrise du français et/ou du néerlandais et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Vous avez moins de 26 ans à la date d'entrée en service, conformément à la réglementation pour ce type de contrat de travail (conditions plan Rosetta)
