Als Technical Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van het technisch team van installateurs en programmeurs, voor het beheren en optimaliseren van de operationele processen en het organiseren van ons service departement. Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële profielen, de andere business teams binnen BLUE MOON en met onze klanten om te zorgen voor een gestroomlijnde en efficiënte werking van onze technische processen.
Concreet zijn dit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven aan het technisch team en het bewaken van de prestaties, productiviteit en ontwikkeling van teamleden.
- Coördineren en optimaliseren van technische operaties, inclusief projectuitvoering, onderhoud en service.
- Opstellen en beheren van operationele procedures, standaarden en richtlijnen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen.
- Samenwerken met andere teams om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten op tijd en binnen het budget worden afgerond en aan de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.
- Identificeren van technische innovaties en ontwikkelingen in de sector en het voorstellen van verbeteringen om concurrentievoordeel te behalen.

- Beschik je over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een relevant technisch veld.

- Getuig je van een hands-on mentaliteit en heb je kennis van installatiematerialen en powertools.
- Denk je probleemoplossend maar behoud je aandacht voor details.
- Ben je een gepassioneerde leider en beschik je over sterke communicatievaardigheden
- Heb je ervaring met projectmanagement en het werken in een dynamische, klantgerichte omgeving.
- Kan je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
- Heb je goede kennis van het Nederlands. Dit is noodzakelijk voor de veiligheid van jou en je collega's. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
- Beschik je over een rijbewijs B.
