Het departement Beheer Microdata van de Nationale Bank van België (NBB) is verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, valideren en verspreiden van gegevens van financiële en niet-financiële ondernemingen. Binnen de dienst Data Collection zijn we op zoek naar een collega voor het team "Surveys" dat de antwoorden inzamelt van de conjunctuurenquêtes bij de ondernemingen en de gezinnen.
Het team "Surveys" heeft als opdracht om bij te dragen aan het opstellen van de conjunctuurbarometer en de indicator van het consumentenvertrouwen. Deze worden maandelijks door de NBB gepubliceerd en krijgen ruime aandacht in de media omdat ze een belangrijk instrument vormen voor het beoordelen en analyseren van de economische situatie van het land. Naast de maandelijkse enquêtes neemt het team "Surveys" ook driemaandelijks enquêtes af bij de ondernemers over hun beoordeling van de kredietvoorwaarden en halfjaarlijks over hun investeringen.
Je zult, als Account Officer, actief bijdragen aan de inzameling van de antwoorden op deze verschillende enquêtes.
Functie
je assisteert de teammanager bij het opvolgen van operationele taken
Voor de conjunctuurenquêtes:
je beheert proactief: een sector (industrie, bouw, handel, diensten aan ondernemingen) die enkele honderden deelnemende ondernemingen teltde lancering van de enquêtes, de inzameling van de antwoorden, de herinneringen, de kwaliteitscontroles en de validatie je onderhoudt de relaties als eerstelijnscontact met interne/externe klanten en dienstverleners je doet bepaalde taken rond prospectie om ondernemingen te stimuleren om de enquêtes in te vullen en de omvang van de steekproef te vergrotenVoor de consumentenenquêtes:
je werkt mee aan de steekproeftrekking van de populatie van deelnemers je houdt toezicht op de werkzaamheden van het externe callcenter dat de interviews voor rekening van de Bank afneemt.Daarnaast ontwikkel je jouw kennis en ervaring en kijk je kritisch naar je werkzaamheden om de huidige dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.
Profiel
je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring je bent proactief en nauwgezet in het vervullen van je taken en het behalen van je deadlines je bent stressbestendig je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools (specifieke toepassingen of traditionele kantoortoepassingen) je bent in staat autonoom te werken en toont een sterke teamgeest en hulpvaardigheid je communiceert vlot, met name bij telefonische contacten je hebt een uitstekende talenkennis, waardoor je in een tweetalig team kunt werken (NL/FR): je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven, niveau C2) en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans (niveau B2).
