Lead Auditor QHSE
Bediende of freelance
Deze vacature wordt beschikbaar gesteld op de afdeling Certification. Hier ligt de focus op zakelijke dienstverlening waarbij we verschillende ISO-normeringen en andere schema's gaan toetsen bij onze klanten.
De afdeling in België (lokatie Antwerpen) bestaat uit een back office van circa 15 medewerkers en een buitendienst met circa 40 medewerkers (deels freelancers).
De uitdaging :
Als QHSE Lead Auditor voer je zelfstandig of in teamverband audits uit bij onze klanten om enerzijds te toetsen of ze voldoen aan de geldende normen en anderzijds te streven naar het continue verbeteren van hun processen in dit kader. Afhankelijk van je expertise situeren deze auditopdrachten zich binnen de domeinen kwaliteit (ISO9001), milieu (ISO14001) en/of veiligheid (ISO 45001, VCA).
Je bent hierbij verantwoordelijk voor zowel de praktische organisatie van de audit (. auditplanning, logistiek, , de eigenlijke uitvoering en het tijdig inleveren van de bijhorende rapportage. Ook de opvolging van de non-conformities.
Doorheen het hele proces draag je de accreditatie hoog in het vaandel
Je werkgebied strekt zich uit over volledig België en indien gewenst is er ook ruimte voor audits in het buitenland.
Profiel:
Masterprofiel met minstens 10 jaar werkervaring. Bovendien beschik je over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of 2 en/of een diploma Milieucoördinator Type A of B. Je hebt ervaring met implementeren en/of (intern) auditeren van normen zoals ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 of VCA. Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, en bij voorkeur ook in het Frans en Engels (gesproken en geschreven) Je bent zelfstandig ingesteld, stressbestendig en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent enthousiast en vlot in de omgang. Bovendien sta je gekend om je overtuigingskracht Je bent behendig in Office 365 en in het aanleren van computersystemenONS AANBOD
