To foster sustainable business growth for Sakura Finetek Belgium, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in selling medical devices, particularly in the field of diagnostics/pathology, to manage the Belgium market.

Your Role:

  • Meet sales targets outlined in the local annual plan, focusing on strategic SMART Automation products.
  • Expand our client base.
  • Cultivate and nurture valuable relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer issues effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Leverage our CRM (Oracle) to manage your daily tasks and customer data efficiently.
  • Generate and analyze monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Identify market trends, monitor competition, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, field service engineers, and application specialists.
  • Meet personal and team objectives set at the beginning of the fiscal year.


You're a Perfect Fit if:

You Have:

  • Prior experience in selling medical device solutions, especially in Histology, Pathology, Cytology, IHC, and high-value investments, in the Belgium market. Proficiency in advanced staining is a bonus.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Belgium healthcare landscape.
  • Customer-centric approach, consultative sales skills, and adept stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication proficiencies.
  • Competence in CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Local driver's license.

Additionally, You:

  • Ensure customer contentment by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Have fluency in Dutch, French, and good command of English.
  • Reside in Belgium.
  • Possess a valid residence permit as we do not provide visa sponsorship.
  • Are comfortable in an international setting.
  • Are self-motivated, organized, and independent.
  • Excel at networking and influencing at all levels.

This role requires travel (up to 80%).
