Onze klant is een vooraanstaand one-stop-laboratorium dat actief is op het gebied van organisch afvalbeheer en duurzaamheid, waarbij zij materialen testen op degradatie en toxiciteit volgens internationale kwaliteitsnormen. Zij behoren tot een grotere PE-owned groep, met hoofdzetel in Nederland.

In deze rol fungeer je als rechterhand van de Managing Director betreffende financieel strategische aangelegenheden.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Budget en Forecasting:

  • Opstellen van het jaarlijkse budget;
  • Kwartaalgerichte forecasting voor nauwkeurige financiële planning;
  • Varianties en analyses op P&L - actuals vs. budget;
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheer van cashflow;
  • Uitwerken van cashplannen en cashflow forecasting;
  • Controleren en optimaliseren van de cashflow op maandelijkse basis.

Performantie-analyses;

  • Zowel costing als revenues;
  • Prijsanalyses, margeberekeningen;
  • Opmaken en bepalen van KPI's;
  • Scenario-analyses uitwerken.

Rapportering:

  • Opzetten van rapportering zoals de groep het voorschrijft;
  • Geconsolideerde rapportering rond 2 entiteiten (1 België, 1 US);
  • Managementrapportering;
  • Verklaren van afwijkingen, trends, inzichten...

Financiële Projecten:

  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor financiële ad hoc projecten;
  • Link leggen tussen financiële cijfers en operationele processen op de vloer;
  • Tal van andere uitdagingen.

Vereisten:

  • Masterdiploma in een economische richting;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als FP&A/business controller;
  • Uitgebreide kennis van boekhoudkundige BEGAAP principes. Kennis van USGAAP is een plus;
  • Kennis van Exact Online is een plus;
  • Zeer goede kennis vereist van Excel;
  • Kennis van Power BI is een plus;
  • Zeer goede kennis van Engels en Nederlands;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid bij het verwerken van financiële gegevens;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te werken met interne belanghebbenden en externe partijen;
  • Zelfstandigheid, proactiviteit en het vermogen om onder druk te werken en deadlines te halen;
  • Graag zelfstandig maar evenzeer in team kunnen werken.
