Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Personal Assistant (m/v/x) voor een innoverend bedrijf gelegen in Diegem. het betreft een tewerkstelling van 1 jaar.
Onze klant is actief in de farmaceutische sector. Ze zijn op zoek naar een full time Personal Assistant om de manager bij te staan.
De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als Personal Assistant zijn:
- Je staat in voor het agendabeheer van je manager;
- Je behandelt inkomende telefoons;
- Je boekt reizen;
- Je beheert mee de inbox;
- Je plant meetings & events, neemt notules;
- Je doet de algemene administratie: mailings, rapporten, bestellingen, enz.
- Je assisteert bij postings van goedgekeurde LinkedIn posts;
- Je ondersteunt projecten gerelateerd aan het departement (kick-off meetings, nieuwe collega's begeleiden, etc)
- Je doet veel remote support voor je manager.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie als Personal Assistant zijn:
- Je hebt reeds enige ervaring als Personal Assistant;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen, bent nauwkeurig en discreet;
- Je hebt ervaring met MS Office.
