Job Mission:


As SME/LE Value Manager, you define our Value Management strategy to protect and optimize the revenues on our existing customer base in small, medium & large enterprises.

Starting from a good understanding of the value drivers in general and churn and revenue erosion drivers in particular, you define and prioritize the initiatives to optimize our customer lifecycle value.

You understand our customer's needs and ensure that these are fully aligned with our Value Management strategy in order to build strong long term customer relationships.

You work closely together with the Solutions, Sales and Operations departments to define and execute the Value Management initiatives. You closely follow-up the success of and return on these Value Management initiatives and adapt where necessary.

Profile:

As SME/LE Value Manager, you need a variety of hard and soft skills. Examples include analytical, communication and collaboration skills. You are an enthusiastic with an excellent drive and self-motivation. You have strong customer and market knowledge and a customer-oriented mindset.

Analytical skills: You have excellent analytical skills. You must be able translate data and financial input into actual insights. You can distinguish the main from the secondary. You must be able to build a Value Management strategy based on both data and internal and external feedback and learnings.

Communication and collaboration skills: You must be able to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are a must-have. You must be able to clearly communicate your Value Management strategy and enthusiasm people for your ideas. You have a good professional knowledge of Dutch and English languages (spoken and written).

Drive and self-motivation: You are goal-oriented and result-driven. You are a professional who has the drive and motivation to push yourselves to succeed.

Customer and market knowledge: You have a good knowledge of the Belgian Telecom & ICT market. You understand our customer's needs.

Organisational skills: You must be comfortable juggling numerous stakeholders, on
- and off-site meetings, and deadlines. You are highly organised to manage the many parts of the job and keep the tasks on track.

Time-management skills: You understand how to prioritise your time.

Key roles & responsibilities

  • Develops a value management strategy to protect and optimize the revenues on our existing customer base. You translate that value management strategy in initiatives and, together with all stakeholders, define an implementation plan.
  • You closely followup and report on our value management performance, continuously identifying improvement opportunities.
  • You work closely together with Sales, Operations and Solutions departments to collect value management learnings, to implement our value mananagement initiatives and to strengthen our value management maturity.
  • You closely followup the progress and the success and return of these value management initiatives. You adapt our value management strategy and tactics where necessary, based on these learnings.

Minimal Requirements

  • Master degree or equivalent by experience, minimum years of relevant experience
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of the B2B Telecom & ICT market
  • Common Sense and pragmatism.
