Your role
The Operations Support manager provides support to the Operations team. This support will be focussed on the financial part. This person has excellent Excel skills and knows how to pull and read report as well as making PO's and working with finance coding.
What you'll need
Tasks are mainly focussed on financial administration. Raising PO's helping with budget assessments and accounting. This person also is able to switch between roles and responsibilities within their team.
Budget assessments, analyses and monitors Helps together with the OPS team to create the yearly budget on OPEX and CAPEX Creates PO's for the whole OPS team Helps in financially keeping the CAPEX projects up to date Creates suppliers set ups Solves financial issues with suppliers on invoicing Responsible for timely closure of PO's in the system Administrative tasks related to finance Able to take over from the Office manager during their absenceA bit about us
