**Unieke kans bij toonaangevend internationaal onderzoeksbureau in Antwerpen**: Project Executive binnen het mystery shopping team Binnen het team sta jij garant voor het leveren van onbevooroordeelde feedback aan bedrijven, verzameld door zorgvuldig geselecteerde consumenten, om hen te helpen op alle fronten te blijven ontwikkelen.

- Je schrijft mogelijke scenario's uit en stelt gedetailleerde briefingdocumenten op. Bovendien werk je op termijn mee aan het formuleren van de vragenlijsten die tijdens het veldwerk worden gebruikt.
- Je bent nauw betrokken bij het veldwerk dat onze Mystery Shoppers uitvoeren en bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepele verloop ervan. Dit omvat het profileren van de juiste shoppers voor elk project, het initiëren van de zoektocht naar onze mystery shoppers en het verstrekken van duidelijke instructies dankzij jouw gedegen briefings.
- Tijdens het veldwerk onderhoud je voortdurend contact met alle shoppers en blijf je proactief betrokken bij het proces, waarbij je de projectdeadlines nauwlettend in de gaten houdt en indien nodig bijwerkt.
- Tijdens het veldwerk voer je ook grondige datacontroles uit en valideer je ingevulde enquêtes. Je blijft in contact met de shoppers en voorziet hen van feedback indien nodig. Bovendien fungeer je als het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorg je regelmatig voor updates over het veldwerk.

- Je hebt een Bachelor diploma, en/ of een eerste werkervaring in projectcoördinatie,customer service of kwaliteitscontrole.
- Je bent kritisch en detailgericht, waardoor elk project van hoge kwaliteit is.
- De eerste weken zal je 2 dagen per week in Gent werken
- Met uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en vlotte kennis Frans en Engels, ben je comfortabel in telefonische communicatie.
- Je bent geduldig en klantgericht bij de omgang met mystery shoppers.
- Excel is voor jou een tweede natuur en je hebt basiskennis van PowerPoint.
- Communiceren, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, met klanten en collega's gaat je gemakkelijk af.
- Flexibiliteit is jouw troef, en een 9-tot-5-mentaliteit is niet aan jou besteed.
