Are you ready and willing to contribute to our transformation? This is your chance, PMI is looking for a Consumer Programs Executive to join our dynamic CX department. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer journey and delivering exceptional omnichannel experiences for our consumers.
Key responsibilities of the job are:
? Drive daily operations of consumer programs with precision and insight, always looking for continuous improvement points.
? Establish smooth collaboration and manage internal and external stakeholders by being accountable, fostering transparency and end-to-end ownership of processes.
? Contribute to operationally setting up strategic projects into omni-channel experiences and processes for Legal Age Nicotine Users (LANU).
? Support on delivering effectiveness, efficiency and consumer centricity in the programs defined, continuously track and analyze the performances.
? Foster and champion 360 understanding of business, legal environment, internal PMI policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards for operational activities.
Who are we seeking?
? You are consumer-centric to the core, consistently putting our consumers first in all endeavors.
? 2-3 years of commercial back-office experience, you possess a keen interest in connecting processes and systems. Experience in programs is a plus.
? As a self-driven entrepreneur, you thrive on challenging the status quo and excel in autonomy.
? Collaboration comes naturally to you; you seamlessly work across departments, fostering constructive relationships.
? Agile mindset? Check. You embrace continuous improvement and learning through experimentation.
? Fast-paced environments energizes you, and you excel in an ambiguous environment.
? Ownership is your mantra; you take charge of your role from development to deployment and beyond.
? You're passionate about understanding our programs inside out, leveraging them to deliver unparalleled consumer experiences. You enjoy following up on day-to-day operations to ensure a proper program delivery.
? Your understanding of the Dutch market and consumers gives you a unique edge (not mandatory)
? English proficiency mandatory & Dutch proficiency is a plus
