- Als Fleet Officer sta je in voor het beheer van voertuigen binnen de organisatie.
- Je staat ook in voor de aan
- en verkoop van bedrijfswagens, en volgt tevens de brandstofkaarten op.
- Je plant het onderhoud in, en overlegt met belanghebbenden (o.a. verzekeringsmaatschappijen, leveranciers, leasingmaatschappij,...).
- Je ondersteunt collega's bij schade en pechverhelping.
- Tot slot zorg je voor de voorbereidende werken bij de opstart van een nieuwe medewerker, en begeleidt deze.
- Al het bovenstaande rapporteer je aan de Operations Manager.
**Functie-eisen**
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent ambitieus en gedreven.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, en bent klantgericht.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, en een degelijke kennis van het Frans.
