Assistant Program Support Manager

- The Assistant Program Support Manager is responsible for the activities supporting the management of the Decommissioning Common Program. These activities will evolve according to the evolution of the Program. The Assistant Program Support Manager will give support to the subprograms and projects
- The use of the Clarity PPM tool by supporting the team in : filling the data of the projects, of the process for the decision making and review for these projects
- Monitoring the performances in order to improve the work efficiency by supporting the management : with risk register, change request log, elaboration fo a monthy report, redaction of the Yearly report
- The storage and classifying of documents on shared drive and SAP, establishing the metadata related to these documents, supporting the management of the functional mailbox
- You have a bachelor with an interest and an experience in project work environment
- You must have a knowledge of IT offices tools (Word, Excel, Outlook and a knowledge of Clarity PPM tool (or equivalent) is a plus.
- You have a capability to manage documents (storage, classifying)
- You are Meticulous, punctual and used to deliver work of high standard and well organized and resultoriented.
- You are not afraid to join a complex and challenging environment and to communicate easily and transversely with new contacts
- You are fluent in French and/or dutch and have a good knowledge of English
