Description of the task:

  • The Following tasks will be performed by an external service provider:
  • Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions
  • Creation of adoption dashboards and reports
  • Resolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation
  • Reporting to relevant structures.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Practical knowledge of project management tools e.g. Confluence and JIRA.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand what each stakeholder wants and needs
  • Aptitude to foster positive relationships
  • Problemsolving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prepare clear and wellstructured documents, and presentations
  • Teamwork and leadership skills, including ability to work in a friendly, organised, and wellstructured manner also under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites/tools.
  • Ability to give good quality presentations to businessoriented audiences; good communication skills
  • Service oriented mindset
  • Ability to participate in business and technical meetings
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Specific Expertise:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ITIL
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects, Qlik, SAS, etc.)
  • Experience in (or familiarity with) the IT domain is a plus.
