- Na de aankoop begeleid en ondersteun je klanten bij het optimaal gebruik van hun aangekochte online tools. Als klanten vragen hebben over productfunctionaliteiten of commerciële aspecten, ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Je beoordeelt nauwkeurig hoe je hen verder kunt helpen.
- Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten registratie, inloggen, het oplossen van eerstelijns technische problemen, het begeleiden van klanten bij het gebruik van onze websites en het verzorgen van producttrainingen.
- Bij de onboarding van nieuwe klanten ben jij hun gids. Je reageert snel en laat niets aan het toeval over.
- Je volgt klantdossiers op en peilt naar hun tevredenheid. Indien nodig stuur je bij en communiceer je intern om toekomstgerichte oplossingen te vinden.
- Je biedt mondelinge en schriftelijke ondersteuning aan Nederlandstalige klanten.
- Klanttevredenheid staat bij jou voorop. Je onderhoudt actief contact met bestaande klanten, stimuleert het gebruik van onze producten en zorgt ervoor dat ze optimaal worden benut.
- Wanneer er klachten binnenkomen, zie jij dit als een kans om de klant opnieuw gelukkig te maken.
Jouw profiel
- Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelordiploma en minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een passie voor klantenservice.
- Je bent drietalig : NL - FR - ENG
- Je hebt oog voor detail en bent oplossingsgericht.
- Een positieve instelling en proactieve aanpak zijn essentieel voor succes in deze rol.
