En tant qu'institution de soutien à la politique scientifique de premier plan, Sciensano veille à à votre épanouissement professionnel dans votre passion pour le recrutement et les ressources humaines.
Vous évoluez dans un environnement scientifique, professionnel et indépendant, avec une grande variété de domaines de recherche soutenant la politique de santé humaine et animale.
Vous renforcez la direction Personnel & Organisation, et plus particulièrement le service "Staffing & Payroll", et contribuerez à ce que notre institution scientifique dispose de collaborateurs compétents et enthousiastes pour mener à bien sa mission. Vous supervisez les processus de recrutement pour les postes vacants et les profils divers et contribuez à la réussite de l'image de marque de l'employeur.
Concrètement, vous êtes chargé(e) de
- conseiller et la préparation, l'organisation et le suivi de près de la procédure de sélection en étroite collaboration avec le service (scientifique) ; vous établissez le planning, élaborez des offres d'emploi attrayantes, déterminez les canaux de communication et communiquez avec les groupes cibles ;
- l'évaluation des candidatures : vous discutez des candidatures avec les chefs de service et les personnes concernés et vous supervisez les entretiens de sélection ou les tests avec les candidats sélectionnés ;
- la communication correcte et opportune, au cours des différentes phases du processus de sélection, avec le candidat, le service, la direction et les éventuels partenaires externes ;
- la communication claire du poste, du contrat, des conditions d'emploi et autres au candidat ;
- la préparation de l'entrée en service des nouveaux employés (y compris la rédaction du contrat de travail, l'introduction dans les systèmes de gestion du personnel, etc.)
Vous consultez régulièrement avec vos collègues et participez à des groupes de projet couvrant le vaste domaine des RH. Vous faites également des propositions pour améliorer les procédures, les processus et les rapports de données et vous contribuez à l'échange et au développement de l'expertise au sein de l'équipe.
Vous vous engagez à fournir des services (RH) de haute qualité en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes et partenaires internes et externes.
