Proact is een snel groeiende organisatie waarbij op dit moment voor Nederland en België nood is aan bijkomende Junior Services Sales en Recruiter. Binnen een dynamisch team van professionals ben je als Junior Services Sales en Recruiter verantwoordelijk voor rekruterings- en selectieopdrachten voor zowel interne als externe klanten. Je gaat proactief op zoek naar de beste kandidaten op de markt en als Service Sales ga je nieuwe of bestaande klanten opbellen en overtuigen om met ons samen te werken. Samen met de managers van de diverse afdelingen, HR en jouw recruitment collega’s ga je zorgdragen voor het aantrekken van nieuwe collega’s en klanten. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit van dienstverlening naar onze klanten.
Je bent werkzaam vanuit het Proact hoofdkantoor in Diegem, of thuis. In deze hybride functie ga je dagelijks opzoek naar de juiste kandidaat voor de openstaande vacatures in België en kan je met jouw enthousiasme en doorzettingsvermogen nieuwe talenten en klanten aan Proact binden Dit doe je door actief te searchen, hunten en interessante opportuniteiten via de meest uiteenlopende kanalen actief en vol energie te benaderen. De IT markt is op dit moment krap, maar dat gaat jou en jouw recruitment collega’s er niet van weerhouden om de vraag vanuit de business snel en goed te koppelen aan onze toekomstige collega

Onze ambitie is om ’s werelds meest betrouwbare IT-Servicepartner te worden. Als middelgrote IT-Serviceprovider zijn we klein genoeg om persoonlijk te zijn en zijn we tegelijkertijd groot genoeg om een grote dosis kennis, kunde & professionaliteit in huis te hebben. We specialiseren ons op het gebied van Workspace, Infrastructure en Outsourcing en het is ons doel om op die gebieden een zo hoog mogelijk graad van ontzorging voor onze klanten te realiseren. Daarbij staan lange termijn relaties centraal, met onze klanten, maar ook met onze medewerkers en partners. We staan daarin nooit alleen. Met ons team van 300 collega’s in Nederland en 17 in België en nog zo’n 900 IT-collega’s in Europa zijn we een krachtige speler in het Europese speelveld.
De onderstaande taken behoren zeker tot jouw taken
Je kent de IT markt en bent een super sourcer; Op creatieve en proactieve wijze benaderen van talent via diverse kanalen; Je bent altijd op zoek naar orginele manieren om onze prospecten te benaderen; Schrijven van vacatureteksten en het delen op onder andere Social media; Je gaat proactief op zoek naar klanten die kampen met een IT-capaciteitsvraagstuk Je bent niet verlegen en belt, na enige training, zelfstandig met bedrijven om onze services te bespreken Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van kandidaten bij jouw klanten Je bent perfect in staat om overzicht te creëren en behouden, je gaat onder druk planmatig en gestructureerd te werk; Houden van korte kennismaking en intake gesprekken met kandidaten en klanten; Je draagt zorg voor een uitstekende kandidaat en klant ervaring; Ondersteuning bij het goedkeuringsproces naar ons hoofdkantoor in Zweden; Je rapporteert aan de managing Director België ;Wat breng je mee naar Proact ?
Bachelor werk- en denkniveau; Werkervaring van minimaal 2-3 jaar is een grote voordeel; Het recruitment vak is iets waar graag in verder wil en combineert dit graag met de commerciële aspecten; Je kan je vinden in onze kernwaarden “integrity, commitment, excellence” Kennis van de IT is een een must; Je bent communicatief zeer vaardig zowel in het Nederlands en het liefst ook in het Engels; Je hebt eventueel al een mooi netwerk binnen de IT opgebouwd; Je bent op de hoogte van de nieuwste sourcing mogelijkheden; • Je bent proactief, enthousiast een doorzetter en gek op samenwerken.Wat ontvang je van ons voor jouw inzet ?
