Performing Hardware and Software Maintenance:
Execute remote or on-site hardware and software maintenance when necessary. Communicate the progress of the client's ticket, informing them of any changes or issues related to their problem.Incident Tracking and Documentation:
Monitor incidents in our monitoring system. Keep the documentation of our clients up to date. Monitor our various dashboards and intervene following our procedures. Ensure the proper execution of automated tasks.Project Management:
Implementation of projects, either on-site or remotely. These projects will be diverse and may include:Migration to Microsoft 365.Deployment of workstations using Windows Autopilot.Implementation of IaaS on Microsoft Azure.Firewall installation. ProfielPersonal Qualities:
Attentive to the needs of clients. Quick adaptability to the rapidly changing world of IT. Sense of humor and effective communication skills with clients. Independent and proactive in problem-solving. CuriousAdditional Assets:
Previous experience with SME clients. Familiarity with remote assistance. Possession of IT certifications or extensive experience with Microsoft products.
