Our customer, a company specializing in inspection, measurement, assistance and consulting, as well as training and certification, is looking for a Management Assistant.
Their expertise enables them to optimize the performance of companies in all sectors by managing the risks inherent in their activities, thus ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

- You will play a strategic role for the Managing Director and act as his direct righthand man;
- You optimize activity management;
- You are responsible for diary management, reception and meeting preparation;
- You organize the Managing Director's business trips from A to Z;
- You will draft and distribute notes and documents, generally of a confidential nature: notes / documents / communication aids / presentations / dashboards / graphics / meeting minutes;
- You will provide translations into French, Dutch and English;
- You will liaise with the sales team;
- You will simultaneously manage ongoing activities and requests from within and outside the company;
- You will be responsible for certain files in complete autonomy;
- You contribute to maintaining the company's logistics;
- You oversee the organization of various events.
Profile
- You are a trustworthy person;
- You know how to exercise discretion and are aware of the importance of professional secrecy;
- You have excellent organizational skills;
- You are rigorous, dynamic and enjoy working as part of a team;
- You have excellent writing skills;
- You show initiative;
- You can convey information clearly and effectively;
- You have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in executive or management assistant;
- You have at least 5 years' experience as an administrative or other assistant;
- You are trilingual FR/NL/EN (knowledge of German is an asset);
- You have an affinity with new technologies and are fully conversant with the Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point as well as Outlook, OneDrive and Sharepoint) and social networks;
- You're a perfectionist who keeps to commitments.
