- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning en het reactieve beheer van een aantal van onze bestaande klanten;
- Draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor het verkoopproces volgens de bedrijfsnormen en zorgt ervoor dat orders op een kwalitatieve manier tot stand komen;
- Levert en onderhoudt een hoog niveau van klantenservice;
- Ondersteunt en assisteert corporate account managers bij de administratieve follow-up met klanten om een hogere mate van tevredenheid te garanderen en elke fase van de commerciële relatie te verbeteren;
- Toezien op de juiste opvolging van de bestaande verkoop- en administratieve processen en ervoor zorgen dat deze resulteren in kwalitatieve input;
- Zorgen voor de volledigheid van inkomende verzoeken van het verkoopteam.
- Om te beginnen kan je jezelf makkelijk verstaanbaar maken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- Bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring een een commercieel ondersteunende rol;
- Vanzelfsprekend heb je interesse in telecom en alles wat er bij komt kijken;
- Je bent een echte kameleon die zich makkelijk en snel kan aanpassen;
- Je volgt verschillende zaken nauwkeurig en efficiënt op;
- Een gezonde commerciële drive komt ook snel naar boven;
- Zowel klanten helpen en administratie opvolgen zijn voor jou geen probleem.
- Je komt te werken in een bedrijf waar de medewerkers centraal staan. Daarom vinden ze het belangrijk dat er een goede balans is tussen werk en privé.
- Ze organiseren verschillende activiteiten om een goede teamgeest te bevorderen.
