Het bedrijf is gelegen in Sint-Stevens Woluwe. Functieomschrijving Voor een bedrijf in Zaventem dat gespecialiseerd is in alles wat met een zwembad te maken heeft gaan wij mee op zoek naar een sales support medewerker. Wat dit concreet inhoudt, kan je in onderstaan overzicht terugvinden:
  • Je zal instaan voor de administratieve afhandeling voor je eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Je behandelt inkomende oproepen en bent zo het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klant
  • Ook aan de balie kan je soms worden gevraagd om klanten verder te helpen
  • Je adviseert de klanten en verstrekt informatie over de producten en diensten
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van offertes en het verzorgen van de administratie rondom de verkoop tot het opstellen van de bestelbon
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je het sales team bij het plannen van afspraken en het opvolgen van leads. 
Profiel Voor deze functie als sales support medewerker gaan we op zoek naar iemand die overeenkomt met het volgende profiel. 
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en Frans, kennis Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in administratief werk achter de rug
  • Je hebt een commerciële kriebel en weet hoe je mensen te woord moet staan
  • Je bent communicatief en proactief
  • Je werkt vlot met het MS Office pakket
  • Je bent enthousiast en gemotiveerd om meer te weten van deze zonnige sector
Daarnaast is enige technische kennis, bij voorkeur binnen de sector natuurlijk een enorm pluspunt. Doe daarbovenop nog eens een positieve ingesteldheid en een goedlachs persoon en jij bent de geschikte persoon Aanbod Van € 2.500 tot € 3.500 per maand Voor deze functie in een leuke en zonnige sector bieden we een uitdagende job met veel diverse taken en ook heel wat verantwoordelijkheid.
