**Your Mission**

As a **Senior Sales Account Executive**, reporting to the Head of Sales Belgium/Luxembourg, you will be responsible for business development in the large accounts and SME segments in the french part of the country. You will also collaborate with the other sales and pre-sales colleagues in our office in Brussels.
- Develop commercial tactics/strategies and action plans to acquire new clients and develop new accounts from A to Z, from identifying the leads, to the initial contact and, to the delivery of the final Efficy solution you will have designed.
- Qualify and handle leads.
- Participate in networking and marketing events (business circles, trade fairs, conferences, etc.)
- Deeply study and understand the needs of our customers.
- Preparing and ensure powerful value selling based presentations and demos, both on site and online.
- Elaborate the best project design for your future clients and manage the offer process with our pre-sales teams.
- Negotiation of offers and winning of deals

**Your Profile**
- Several years of successful business development role in a BtoB environment, ideally in value selling model and/or in a tech field like Saas, CRM, ERP, software, etc.
- Experience dealing with large accounts is a must have for this function.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- French speaker with a very good command in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to communicate with the C-level, having a network and the impact and good analysis skills.
- Experience in making presentations (you can rely on the support of your marketing colleagues for this).
- Hunter, goal driven, "go getter" while being client & quality oriented Sales enthusiast and able to use a CRM:
