  • Klantenportefeuille beheren: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van je eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt: Je behandelt inkomende oproepen en fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Balieondersteuning: Soms help je ook klanten verder aan de balie.
  • Advies en informatie: Je adviseert klanten en verstrekt gedetailleerde informatie over onze producten en diensten.
  • Offertes opstellen: Je stelt offertes op en verzorgt de administratie rondom de verkoop, tot en met het opstellen van bestelbonnen.
  • Ondersteuning sales team: Je ondersteunt het sales team bij het plannen van afspraken en het opvolgen van leads.

  • Een klantgerichte professional met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig.
