**Description**
- Je speelt een strategische rol voor de Managing Director en fungeert als zijn directe rechterhand;
- U optimaliseert het beheer van de activiteiten;
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor het agendabeheer, de ontvangst en de voorbereiding van vergaderingen;
- Je organiseert de zakenreizen van de Managing Director van A tot Z;
- U stelt nota's en documenten op en verspreidt ze, meestal van vertrouwelijke aard: nota's / documenten / communicatiedragers / presentaties / managementgrafieken / grafieken / notulen van vergaderingen;
- Je staat in voor de vertalingen naar het Frans, Nederlands en Engels;
- Je onderhoudt contacten met het verkoopteam;
- Je beheert tegelijkertijd lopende activiteiten en verzoeken van binnen en buiten het bedrijf;
- Je bent volledig autonoom verantwoordelijk voor bepaalde dossiers;
- U draagt bij tot het onderhoud van de logistiek van het bedrijf;
- U houdt toezicht op de organisatie van verschillende evenementen.

- Je bent een persoon die je kunt vertrouwen;
- Je bent in staat om discretie te betrachten en je bent je bewust van het belang van beroepsgeheim;
- u beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden
- u bent nauwgezet en dynamisch en u werkt graag in teamverband;
- u beschikt over uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden
- U toont initiatief;
- u kunt informatie duidelijk en doeltreffend overbrengen;
- Je hebt een bachelor
- en/of masterdiploma executive assistant of management assistant;
- je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als (administratief) assistent;
- Je bent drietalig FR/NL/EN (kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt);
- Je hebt affiniteit met nieuwe technologieën en bent volledig vertrouwd met het Office-pakket (Excel, Word, Power Point evenals Outlook, OneDrive en Sharepoint) en sociale netwerken;
- Je bent een perfectionist en houdt je aan je afspraken.
