Het draait allemaal om een dynamisch bedrijf te Leuven dat bekend staat om zijn iconische bieren. We zijn op zoek naar een First Line Manager Packaging (3 ploegen) om het team bij onze klant te versterken. Functieomschrijving Als First Line Manager Packaging ben je het brein achter het organiseren, coördineren en coachen van onze operators in de packaging afdeling. Denk aan het plannen van personeelsbezetting, het identificeren van opleidingsbehoeften, het motiveren van het team om de afdelings-KPI's te behalen en het waarborgen van veiligheids- en milieunormen. Je werkt in een 3-ploegensysteem. Klinkt als een uitdaging, toch?
Profiel We zoeken iemand met een ingenieursachtergrond of gelijkwaardige ervaring, iemand met een analytische geest en een flexibele instelling. Ervaring met het afvulproces is een bonus, maar we zoeken vooral naar iemand die zichzelf kan inspireren en anderen kan aanmoedigen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Engels en kennis van Office programma's is ook belangrijk.
