**Korte omschrijving van het werkgebied en functie**:
In de rol van Customer Care Representative maak je deel uit van ons zeer gemotiveerde kantoorteam in Brussel, dat verantwoordelijk is voor de klantenservice voor ons bedrijf in België & Luxembourg. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de buitendienst, logistiek en financiën. De belangrijkste taken zijn:
- Op professionele wijze relatie met (key) klanten onderhouden:
- Beantwoorden van vragen en afhandelen van orders.
- Klanten kunnen adviseren, stimuleren, beïnvloeden.
- Het doorgeven van levertijden en zorgdragen voor correcte en vakkundige commerciële afhandeling.
- Klachtenregistratie en afhandelen klachten op professionele, klantvriendelijke wijze.
- Administratieve handelingen zoals het beheren van klantenbestanden, klantafspraken, maken van creditnota's, boeken van retouren, creditmanagement.
- Zorgdragen voor juiste archivering van informatie.
- Planmatig telefonisch benaderen van bestaande klanten evenals mogelijke nieuwe klanten. Bijv. nabellen van mailingen om klanten extra service te bieden en nieuwe omzet te genereren.
- Intensief samenwerken met en commerciële ondersteuning bieden aan de buitendienst.
- Mede zorgen voor goede gang van zaken op de afdeling. Zorgen voor een goede onderlinge samenwerking en ondersteuning van collega's.
**Functie-eisen, opleiding en ervaring**:
- Afgeronde bacheloropleiding;
- Ervaring met SAP / MS Office producten en geautomatiseerde administratie systemen is een voordeel;
- Perfect tweetalig Nederlands - Frans. Goede kennis Engels (gesproken en geschreven).
