**Vos responsabilités**:
Fournir un soutien spécialisé en matière d'approvisionnement, via le traitement et la consolidation des informations au moyen d'outils d'analyse, suivre et superviser les performances des négociations et de l'approvisionnement afin de permettre aux gestionnaires d'approvisionnement NB d'effectuer un approvisionnement efficace et de maintenir (voire d'augmenter) le COGS et la marge.
- Fournir un soutien analytique et technique aux gestionnaires d'approvisionnement/fournisseurs afin de garantir le suivi adéquat de la stratégie de négociation et de continuité dans les processus d'approvisionnement.
- Effectuer la supervision et le suivi des budgets d'approvisionnement annuels et des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) ; suivre les écarts afin d'obtenir une traçabilité concernant les performances et les économies réalisées.
- Exécuter les activités d'administration de l'approvisionnement, dans le respect des directives et des procédures applicables, afin d'enregistrer les informations d'approvisionnement dans les délais impartis, correctement et de façon exhaustive.
- Recueillir, transmettre et analyser les données pertinentes sur une base périodique et ad hoc, et élaborer des rapports de gestion, afin de rendre les résultats mesurables et de fournir à la Direction, en temps opportun, des informations de gestion précises et fiables.
- Contribuer à la conception des outils appropriés de gestion et d'analyse, des procédures et des processus appliqués par les NB Sourcing Managers, afin de soutenir les négociations factuelles et de favoriser l'approvisionnement efficace des marques privées.
- Faire des suggestions et fournir des informations permettant d'améliorer les méthodes, systèmes et procédures, afin de garantir des processus d'approvisionnement efficaces et rentables.

**Votre profil**:

- Baccalauréat ou diplôme équivalent
- Capacité à comprendre la stratégie de négociation et les processus d'approvisionnement NB
- Excellente compréhension des indicateurs KPI (marge, ventes, COGS) et la structure des prix (PA, rabais, remises)
- Compétences analytiques solides (Excel ; la maîtrise de VBA est un plus)
- Orienté résultats
- Proactif et indépendant
- Esprit d'équipe
- Esprit d'entreprise
- Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et à l'aise avec les outils informatiques
- Anglais, français et néerlandais
- Aptitude à travailler avec différentes parties prenantes
