Job Summary:
As the General Manager of the Digital Transformation department, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and change across our organization's three core pillars: Manufacturing, Business, and Research and Development. Your role will involve leading a dynamic team to execute digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and foster innovation. You will be responsible for building an information utilization infrastructure that consolidates and leverages the know-how and data from various divisions, promoting seamless coordination and effective use across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Digital Transformation department, overseeing teams dedicated to Manufacturing, Business, and Research and Development.
- Develop and implement digital and data-driven strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across various functions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Optimize business processes through the use of digital tools and technologies.
- Promote and manage change, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage risks associated with digital transformation projects and initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Digital Transformation department.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the department and across the organization.
- Maintain technical knowledge and architectural expertise in areas such as databases, SAP, data warehouses, BI, RPA, AI, automation, IT infrastructure, Industry 4.0, and IoT.
- Oversee data analysis, governance, and reporting to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading digital transformations in a corporate environment.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Expertise in change management and project management.
- Proficiency in risk management and people management.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital and data-driven strategies.
- Knowledge of business process optimization.
- Technical knowledge in databases, SAP, data warehouses, BI, RPA, AI, automation, IT infrastructure, Industry 4.0, and IoT.
- Strong background in data analysis, governance, and reporting.
