Twin Promotion est un promoteur immobilier qui se présente comme l'un des leaders dans le développement de projets de construction de biens immobiliers tels que des résidences secondaires et d'investissement.

Twin Promotion travaille en étroite collaboration avec le groupe EVANCY, exploitant de résidences de Tourisme en France.

Notre mission est de réaliser et d'exploiter des résidences de qualité où nos clients vivent des moments agréables à court terme et créent une belle valeur ajoutée à long terme.

En tant que Sales Field Coach chez Twin Promotion, vous serez chargé d'accompagner et de conseiller activement les commerciaux de l'entreprise sur le terrain que cela soit en rendez-vous chez le client ou en France.

Pour accompagner nos vendeurs et réaliser des visites avec nos clients, votre présence sur la Côte d'Opale et dans le Sud de la France est requise de temps en temps.

**Responsabilités**:

- Former et partager son expérience en vente avec l'équipe dont vous avez la responsabilité.
- Comprendre parfaitement les besoins et les souhaits de nos clients afin de les guider vers des opportunités appropriées.
- Organiser des visites de biens immobiliers disponibles en France.
- Négocier les conditions de vente et traiter les questions contractuelles en collaboration avec l'équipe juridique.
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
- Contribuer aux stratégies de marketing et de vente afin de générer de nouvelles opportunités.

**Profil**:
Une expérience commerciale est requise, de préférence déjà dans le secteur immobilier.

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant orale qu'écrite

Entrepreneur dans l'âme

Solides compétences en matière de négociation et force de persuasion passionnée

Esprit d'équipe avec une attitude positive, convaincu de l'importance d'un bon service à la clientèle.

Capable de travailler de manière indépendante et de respecter les délais.

Volonté de voyager et flexibilité dans les horaires de travail, y compris les week-ends et les soirées.
