Functieomschrijving
- Als Trade Marketeer BeNeLux is dit jouw takenpakket:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van B2B-marketingactiviteiten voor onafhankelijke oogzorgpraktijken en inkoopgroepen voor de Benelux.
- Je verhoogt de merkvoorkeur door middel van trade marketing activaties en promotiecampagnes. Je maximaliseert de verkoop van producten en categorieën in de winkel.
- Je voert onze loyaliteits
- en klantenprogramma's uit om de verkoopdoelstellingen in BLX te bereiken. Je bent de belangrijkste klantcontactpersoon voor marketing.- Je positioneert onze klant als de beste partner voor onafhankelijke oogartsen en inkoopcombinaties.
- Je voert elk kwartaal een trade marketingplan uit, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de behoeften van de klanten worden aangepakt en dat de specifieke kenmerken van de markt worden meegenomen.
- Je volgt de ROI van onze promoties en activeringscampagnes op.
- Je past - met hulp - in het Nederlands en/of Frans materiaal aan over producten en merken en verspreidt dit naar de lokale Onafhankelijke Oogzorgpraktijken.
- Je coördineert de communicatie van prijs-, product
- en verpakkingswijzigingen in samenwerking met het productmanagement.- Je plant en verzorgt de aanwezigheid van Essilor-lenzen op beurzen voor de Benelux.
- Je animeert ook de B2B gemeenschap via speciale roadshows en efficiënte communicatie via alle kanalen en

platformen.

Profiel
- Als Trade Marketeer heb jij volgende achtergrond:
- Een Bachelor diploma in Marketing.
- Relevante ervaring in Trade Marketing.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden.- Digitale expert.
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Zeer goed georganiseerd.
- Resultaatgericht.

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Sociale media-toepassingen inzetten in professionele processen
- De promotiecampagne van de producten uitdenken en opstarten
- Promotiemiddelen voor de producten uitdenken en de uitwerking controleren
- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan commerciële krachten bij de lancering van commerciële actieplannen
- Marketingoperaties van een website coördineren

Onze klant in de Optiek is vertegenwoordigd in meer dan 150 landen en heeft eigen vestigingen in 50 landen. Hun productie vindt plaats in 250 slijpateliers en 16 massa-productie-units over de hele wereld. Wij zoeken voor de vestiging in Anderelcht. Deze vestiging is bij de meest toonaangevende leveranciers van hoogkwalitatieve producten van het land. Alle medewerkers zijn experts binnen hun eigen vakgebied en werken samen aan de groei van hun onderneming.
