The role will own setting the strategic direction for end-to-end solution, integration and governance alignment across the finance technology ecosystem as the function embarks on an ambitious high-reaching agenda.


As the E2E Solution and Program Governance lead, the incumbent will ensure cross-product solutions are extensible and scalable, considering people, process, data, and technology ultimately enabling the Finance Transformation end-to-end (E2E).

The role will also be responsible for collecting and providing status updates of the SIGNIFI program including continuous improvement of the existing processes.

Also defining the overall End-to-end testing strategy as well as the Security strategy across the Signifi ecosystem is part of this role.


Key Responsibilities:


The Director will work at the intersection of business & technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with technology solutions.


The Director will work together with the other JJT leads to be responsible for the overall program status and to coordinate the end-to-end testing and security strategy for SIGNIFI.

  • A bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional business experience and IT experience/leadership is required, with 5+ years of people management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; effective manager of people and strong teambuilding skills is required
