Product Sourcer & Buyer
Verantwoordelijkheden
1. Product sourcer
- Je volgt en analyseert de markt en zoekt de beste leveranciers voor onze stoffen en afgewerkte producten.
- Je zal een duurzame relatie met deze leveranciers over de hele wereld onderhouden en uitbouwen. Regelmatige buitenlandse leveranciersbezoeken schrikken je niet af.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de productieverantwoordelijke die productstalen beoordeelt op vlak van prijs, kwaliteit en fit, en met de creatieverantwoordelijke die keuzes maakt op vlak van grondstoffen, garens en kleuren.
- Samen streven jullie naar een optimale productmarge en leveranciersportefeuille, rekening houdende met de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen, capaciteiten en leadtimes.
2. Buyer
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt en de end-to-end verantwoordelijke naar de leveranciers toe op vlak van contracten, afspraken, prijzen, leveringen, levertermijnen
- Je beheert en bewaakt het volledige inkoopproces van offerte, aankoop tot contractondertekening en levering van het materiaal.
- Indien er kwaliteitsproblemen of andere problemen zijn zal je deze opnemen met de leveranciers.
- Je beoordeelt leveranciers op prijs, leverings-, service-, kwaliteits
- en aankoopvoorwaarden.
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar alternatieve leveranciers die betrouwbaar en financieel stabiel zijn en negotieert contracten met als doel een optimale prijs/kwaliteit.
- Je kijkt uiteraard ook naar alternatieve producten aan een betere prijs of kwaliteit, levertermijnen enz.
- Je stelt KPI's op, volgt deze op en onderneemt acties ter verbetering.
Competenties/profiel
- Als aankoper is het uitermate belangrijk dat je kan onderhandelen. Dat je probleemoplossend denkt en financiële analyses kan maken.
- Communicatief zijn, maar ook goed kunnen luisteren zijn belangrijke eigenschappen.
- Een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een commerciële, economische of logistieke richting.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- MS-office kent geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je bent ondernemend, hebt zin voor initiatief en bent gedreven.
- Je bent assertief en een teamplayer.
- Je hebt een goede talenkennis, Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Reizen vormt voor jou geen probleem.
