Onze klant, actief in de verzekeringssector, is actief op zoek naar een Strategic Monitoring Analyst voor het team Strategic monitoring & Financial planning in de Corporate Office. De taakverdeling in het team evolueert in functie van de prioriteiten en de persoonlijke voorkeuren. Deze aanpak laat toe dat de medewerker zich enerzijds kan specialiseren in bepaalde opdrachten/domeinen en anderzijds actief betrokken blijft bij het geheel.
**Description**
- Opstellen en implementeren van strategische KPI's (commercieel en financieel).
- Maandelijks opvolgen, analyseren en rapporteren van de strategische KPI's en financiële resultaten. Ad hoc of periodiek uitvoeren van of meewerken aan analyses met betrekking tot de resultaten (inclusief benchmarking, marktanalyses). Dit vereist het opzetten van de datacollectie, de analyse van de data om te komen tot conclusies die in een presentatie aan het management en stakeholders worden toegelicht.
- Het meewerken aan het concept, de realisatie en de implementatie van indicatoren en tools (bvb dashboards/cockpits) die toelaten de strategische KPI's en resultaten te sturen, op te volgen en te analyseren in functie van de strategie. De tools zelf worden meestal gerealiseerd door de afdeling Data.
- Voor het Financieel plan wordt een transversaal actieplan opgesteld voor de opmaak het strategisch kader, de commerciële hypotheses en de vereiste budgetten (expenses en FTE). D
- Deze opdrachten vereisen een continue interactie met de key-stakeholders binnen en buiten de directie (onder andere Marketing, Distributie, Finance, Risk, Financial markets, Asset Filialen).

**Profile**
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans; kennis van het Engels is een troef.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de tools van MS Office.
- Je hebt concrete kennis van en ervaring in de E&E markt voor financiële instellingen : klanten, verkoops
- en beheerprocessen, producten,) of je bent bereid om en kan aantonen dat je deze kennis heel snel kan verwerven.
- Je hebt een zeer analytische en synthetische geest en je werkt nauwgezet.
- Je hebt een passie voor cijfers (oa financiële resultaten) maar wil ook weten wat er achter die cijfers zit. Je kan je cijferresultaten en analyses presenteren en verklaren.
- Je werkt vlot samen met mensen en slaagt er in een goede professionele relatie te onderhouden met key stakeholders.
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en kan doelgericht werken zowel qua timing als wat betreft kwaliteit. Elk probleem signaleer je samen met een voorstel tot oplossing.
- Je hebt een diploma van de universiteit, hoger onderwijs in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
