**Description**
- Établir et mettre en œuvre des indicateurs de performance stratégiques (commerciaux et financiers).
- Suivi, analyse et rapport mensuels des indicateurs clés de performance stratégiques et des résultats financiers. Exécution ad hoc ou périodique d'analyses liées aux résultats ou participation à ces analyses (y compris l'étalonnage des performances, les analyses de marché). Cela implique la mise en place d'une collecte de données, l'analyse des données pour parvenir à des conclusions qui sont expliquées dans une présentation à la direction et aux parties prenantes.
- Participer à la conception, à la réalisation et à la mise en œuvre d'indicateurs et d'outils (p. ex. tableaux de bord/cockpits) qui permettent de piloter, de suivre et d'analyser les indicateurs clés de performance et les résultats stratégiques en fonction de la stratégie. Les outils eux-mêmes sont généralement réalisés par le département Data.
- Pour le plan financier, un plan d'action transversal est établi pour définir le cadre stratégique, les hypothèses commerciales et les budgets nécessaires (dépenses et ETP). D
- Ces missions requièrent une interaction permanente avec les principales parties prenantes au sein et en dehors de la direction (marketing, distribution, finance, risque, marchés financiers, filiales d'actifs, entre autres).

**Profile**
- Vous vous exprimez couramment en néerlandais et en français ; la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
- Vous êtes familier avec les outils MS Office.
- Vous avez une connaissance concrète et une expérience du marché E&E pour les institutions financières (clients, processus de vente et de gestion, produits,...) ou vous êtes prêt à démontrer que vous pouvez acquérir ces connaissances très rapidement.
- Vous avez un esprit très analytique et synthétique et vous travaillez méticuleusement.
- Vous êtes passionné par les chiffres (notamment les résultats financiers), mais vous voulez aussi savoir ce qui se cache derrière. Vous savez présenter et expliquer vos résultats et analyses numériques.
- Vous travaillez bien avec les gens et parvenez à entretenir de bonnes relations professionnelles avec les principales parties prenantes.
- Vous avez le sens de l'initiative et pouvez travailler de manière ciblée en termes de délais et de qualité. Vous identifiez chaque problème et proposez une solution.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire, d'une formation supérieure dans un domaine économique ou d'une expérience équivalente.
