ERGO Insurance nv recherche actuellement un agent du service clientèle pour rejoindre l'équipe du département Regulatory Operational Management (ROM Team / AML / KYC). Ce département est essentiel en tant que première ligne de défense concernant l'AML et il constitue le point de contact privilégié pour toutes les questions relatives à l'AML de la part des Customer Services. En plus de cela, le ROM Team est chargé des tâches opérationnelles liées à la conformité aux règles du CRS et du FATCA.
Fonction au sein de ROM Team:
- S'assurer que les tâches effectuées par les Customer Services respectent les réglementations en vigueur pour l'AML, le CRS-FATCA, le RGDP, la lutte contre la fraude, ainsi que les procédures et politiques internes.
