Functieomschrijving:

Als Medewerker Customer Care Leasing ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van klantdossiers en het onderhouden van klantrelaties binnen onze BU Lease-afdeling. Je behandelt klantvragen, klachten en problemen met betrekking tot facturatie en andere leasinggerelateerde kwesties. Jouw doel is om de behoeften van onze klanten te begrijpen en hen te voorzien van oplossingen van hoge kwaliteit, met als resultaat een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van klantdossiers en het oplossen van facturatiegerelateerde problemen.
  • Onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties door effectieve communicatie en opvolging.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om complexe klantvragen op te lossen.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling van klantgerelateerde taken.
  • Gebruik maken van Excel en andere tools om gegevens te analyseren en rapporten te genereren.
  • Deelnemen aan teamvergaderingen en trainingen om op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe procedures en beleidslijnen.
Profiel
  • Minimaal een diploma middelbaar onderwijs.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in dossierbeheer en B2B-klantenservice, bij voorkeur in een leasingomgeving.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Sterke beheersing van Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Teamspeler met een positieve instelling en bereidheid om te leren en te groeien.
