**JOUW OPDRACHT**

Opvolgen van het Share QSN Plus project aangestuurd door het Europees samenwerkingsverband Share

en ondersteunen van de onthaalgroepen samengesteld uit vrijwilligers die zich inschrijven in Community

Sponsorship. Deze onthaalgroepen bieden een logement en omkadering aan hervestigde personen op de

vlucht.

**JOUW BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Integrale opvolging van het project: planning, opvolging van het budget, uitvoering en rapportering

van de activiteiten;
- Versterking vrijwillige onthaalgroepen:

- Uitbouwen en implementeren van een strategie naar werving, mobilisatie en behoud van

vrijwilligers;
- Actualiseren van bestaande methodieken en trainingsmateriaal voor onthaalgroepen;
- Organiseren en geven van infomomenten, uitwisselingen, trainingen en intervisies;
- Ondersteunen van monitoringbezoeken aan onthaalgroepen en vluchtelingen(families);
- Netwerken
- Onderhouden van bestaand netwerk van vrijwillige onthaalgroepen en partnerschappen;
- Actief verkennen van nieuwe partnerschappen;
- Organiseren van thematische uitwisselingen en trainingen onder stakeholders;
- Deelnemen aan en organiseren van interne en externe vergaderingen over Community

Sponsorship;
- Presenteren van het project Share QSN Plus aan nationale en internationale partners;
- Teamvergaderingen en andere activiteiten mee vorm geven om kwalitatieve samenwerking van het

team te verzekeren;
- Nauw samenwerken met de collega's die Community Sponsorship en andere projecten (peer 2 peer,

ambassadeursprogramma, ) uitbouwen ter ondersteuning van veilige en legale toegangswegen

voor mensen op de vlucht;
- Samenwerken met collega's in andere werkingen, bv. op vlak van individuele begeleiding erkende

vluchtelingen, communicatie, beleidsbeïnvloeding,

**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Ervaring met projectmatig werken en rapportering (activiteiten, budget );
- Ervaring met werken met vrijwilligers;
- Ervaring met observatie en begeleiden van groepen, workshops organiseren;
- Ervaring of affiniteit met asiel en migratie is een meerwaarde;
- Bachelorsdiploma in sociaal werk, menswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Vlotte communicatie in het Frans, Engels en Nederlands, bijkomende talenkennis is een meerwaarde;
- Autonoom en teamgericht;
- Stressbestendig, flexibel, empathisch;
- Rijbewijs B en bereidheid tot verplaatsingen in België;
- De principes van Caritas International delen en bewust kiezen voor een multiculturele werkomgeving.

**ONS AANBOD**

- Overeenkomst van onbepaalde duur, deeltijds (80%), met prestaties tijdens de kantooruren;
