**Description**:
Sous la supervision d'un manager, tu es responsable de différents projets proposés à nos clients et en lien avec la gestion de leurs espaces extérieurs, à savoir : épandage, déneigement, traçage de lignes de parking, sablage, balayage, débouchage d'égouts, élimination de tags,

Ta principale mission est de veiller à la bonne exécution des projets qui te sont confiés et ceci à deux niveaux ; opérationnel et people management.

Plus concrètement:

- Tu participes aux réunions de chantier ;
- Tu élabores et tu suis le planning de tes différents projets ;
- Tu gères tes équipes et tu t'assures de la qualité du travail effectué ;
- Tu garantis le respect des normes de sécurité ;
- Tu développes des relations commerciales avec tes clients ;
- Tu assures la gestion administrative de tes projets.

**Profil**
- Tu justifies d'une première expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.
- Tu es une personne de l'extérieur et la nuit, le froid & la neige ne te font pas peur
- Tu as déjà coordonné des projets et ta priorité première est la satisfaction clients.
- La gestion d'équipe n'a pas de secret pour toi.
- Tu es organisé et capable de jongler entre tes différents chantiers.
- Tu as un excellent sens relationnel.
- Tu es réactif et orienté problem solver.
- Tu es rigoureux, pragmatique et résistant au stress.
- Tu es flexible et disponible pour répondre aux besoins de tes clients
- Tu maitrises les outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
